Dry Ice Blasting Service

Industrial Services

Dry Ice Blasting Service

Dry ice blasting is a non-abrasive cleaning method that uses dry ice pellets (solid CO2) propelled at high speeds to clean surfaces without damaging equipment or creating secondary waste. The technology provides a powerful industrial equipment cleaning solution for a variety of applications ranging from heavy slag removal to delicate semi-conductor and circuit board cleaning.

Our dry ice blasting process provides you with an environmentally compatible and economic cleaning system, which has proved successful particularly for the removal of anti-corrosion coatings, lacquers, paints, resins, adhesives, oils, grease, lubricants and bitumen.

Dry Ice Blasting Service

Overall equipment effectiveness... Faster, and therefore cheaper

A non-conductive cleaning process that may allow equipment to be cleaned in-place without cool down or disassembly. This includes generators, turbines, stators, rotors, compressors and boilers.

Benefits and Advantages

A DRY PROCESS

A dry method of cleaning, no water is released during the process. Therefore, even delicate parts like switch boards and other electric components can be cleaned gently. Electrical parts and generators can be back in service immediately because you don’t have to wait for water or chemicals to dry.

NON-ABRASIVE

Dry Ice Blasting is virtually non-abrasive. This means that in comparison to traditional blasting methods with sand or glass beads, the cleaned surfaces are not damaged or altered.

ECO-FRIENDLY

No residual blasting media has to be disposed of and no solvents or chemicals are needed, resulting in a positive effect on our environment.
